The Lion's Cage

  1. Hey Hannah,

This is Jade C from the Summer Learning Journey team. It's awesome to see that you've been uploading at least one blog activity posts per day! :)

I've watched one Charlie Chaplin movie when I was young. My mum downloaded it for me and I really liked it because it was funny even though he was very serious! The contrast between the situation and his emotions creates humour and laughter. This is called dark comedy and Charlie Chaplin was one of the best comedians in the early 1900s!

I will need to watch the movie 'Lions cage', it looks very interesting. I wonder what the story would be about! Does he go into the cage? Tell me more about the movie and the story! Have you watched the movie?

I would love to read more of your blog posts and I hope to hear back from you :)

    All the best,
    Jade C.

  3. Kia Ora Hannah,

Georgia here from the Kaikohekohe cluster. This is a great review you have written about 'The Lion's Cage'. Did you enjoy watching the short film?

Silent films can be quite different to watch, had you watched a silent film before this one? I prefer to watch films with sound and people talking. I enjoyed watching this film though.

I agree, I think that most people would enjoy this film. Have your friends and family watched it before? Maybe you can suggest it to them!

I've really enjoyed reading your posts, keep up the great work.
