I really like how you said it makes you feel grateful for those soldiers who went away to fight for our country, for freedom, and life. I think that we always need to remember those who lost their lives in the war.
I also love poppies because they are red and pretty. It also has a lot of meaning and story related to the War in Gallipoli. It became a symbol of Anzac day, and we get to clip it on our clothes to commemorate Anzac day.
