Cake Scientific Method

This term I have been learning about chemical changes in the kitchen. A chemical change is when you can't get what you made like Jelly you can't get jelly crystals and boiling water back can you? I found it challenging when I made it because of the many substance you had to mix. I found it easy when we ate it because it is YUMMY.
