Ways I relax

    It's Jade C from the Summer Learning Journey! It's great to see you getting the activities done everyday.

    Today, the activity is based on the things you like to do to de-stress and relax yourself. I've read through the list of relaxing activities. I Think it's great to do things that you like as it will take your mind off the things that make you sad and stressed.

    I would definitely watch my favourite TV shows on my laptop to relax. I also like having sweets to treat me when I´m depressed or feeling down. How about you, do you like eating anything to cheer you up_ My favourite would be chocolates and ice creams! ´

    I am looking forward to reading more of your blog posts :)

    This task is one of my favourite to read on students blogs because I really enjoy reading how others take care of themselves and ways they unwind and relax. I like how you have shared here all the things you like to do. This will help others to find ways that suit them to destress.
    I like how you said that having a sleep is part of your routine. things can seem alot better after a good nap. Do you agree? Often our bodies are telling us that we are really tired and need naps. :)

    What is your favorite part of the SLJ so far? You are a very active blogger so Im sure there is more than one thing.

    My name is Georgia and I am the cluster manager for the Kaikohekohe (Northland) cluster. For the next few days, I'll be commenting on students blogs from Uru Manuka and I am very excited to see the work you all have been doing this summer.

    Great work for this activity! You have some great ways to help you relax. What are your favourite tv channels to watch? I also find watching tv very relaxing.

    I noticed that your third point was playing games. What sort of games help you relax? My family and I play lots of card games when we're camping. What are your favourite games to play? My favourites are Phase 10 and Uno.
